By creating an account or using OmniPay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Testnet Notice

OmniPay currently operates on the Stellar Testnet. Balances and transactions are for demonstration and testing only and have no real-world monetary value.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password and PIN confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Payments

Payments are signed on your device and relayed for settlement on the Stellar network. Once a payment is settled it cannot be reversed, so please check the recipient and amount before you confirm.

5. SMS Relay

When you pay by SMS, standard carrier charges may apply. Delivery depends on network conditions, and OmniPay cannot guarantee that a message will be delivered or processed within a specific time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OmniPay for unlawful activity, fraud, or any attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.

7. Availability

We work to keep OmniPay available, but the service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OmniPay is not liable for losses arising from your use of the app, including losses caused by incorrect recipient details, lost credentials, or network failures.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OmniPay after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Information We Collect

When you register we collect your name, mobile number, email address, country, and username. We also record your wallet's public address and the payments you send and receive.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to create and secure your account, process and settle payments, verify signed requests, show your transaction history, and provide support.

3. Payment Signing

Payments are digitally signed on your device. Each request includes a timestamp, nonce, and request ID so it can be verified and protected against replay.

4. Blockchain Transparency

Settled transactions are recorded on the Stellar network, which is public. Wallet addresses and transaction hashes can be viewed by anyone and cannot be deleted from the network.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the services needed to run OmniPay, such as our hosting and authentication providers, or when required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password and PIN private.

7. Your Choices

You can update your profile details and privacy display options in Settings. To request access to or deletion of your account data, contact us through Help & Support.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available in the app.
